Noteline — import & practice a score

Import a MusicXML file (export from MuseScore, Soundslice, etc.). Click any note to hear it and start there; Shift-click a second note to set a loop end. Slow the tempo down, isolate a hand, or switch to the Piano roll falling-notes view to learn a passage.

Welcome to Noteline

Read any piano score — even before you can read music. Here's the idea:

  1. 1Bring a score. Import a MusicXML file (export one from MuseScore, Soundslice, etc.), or start with our sample.
  2. 2See the note names sitting on each note — fading as your eyes learn them.
  3. 3Play along. Click a note to hear it, loop a tricky bar, and slow the tempo right down.
